Let them it cakes!

As you can see from the pic shown above, my family and myself included have been devouring some cake (the red area depicts the action!) We have a big love for sweets as you can see.  

My husband went to the supermarket with the girls and arrived home with Cake Boss's IT'S MY PARTY cake.  Since I watch his show with my older daughter, I was delighted. I don't know if this supermarket product is similar to Buddy's products shown and sold on his establishment and website, but it tastes really good.

Cake is moist and the fudge is delicious. The Fudge was my favorite part of the cake because it binds the two layers of cakes beautifully  Frosting is good, not oily and not sugary.  It was decorated with some balloons and its vivid colors made for a pretty cake. I wanted to show the cake's decoration, but as you could see not much of it is left.

Buddy not only creates beautiful cakes, also writes books.  Here is a screenshot of some books I found at Amazon.  Make a stop at amazon and grab one. I want Baking with the Cake Boss. It will be a great addition to my bookshelves and to my kitchen.
