I've been reading The Immortal Rules by author Julie Kagawa and Wow! The story has been so good so far. Allie is a magnificent character, strong, adaptable and smart. I could even write a longer list of her qualities for this character has impressed me. She drives the action on the story and her decisions are powerful on her and those around her.
Right know she needs help from Kanin. She doesn't want to, but at this moment he is imperative for her survival. Let's see what else awaits her.
