Did you do any reading in lieu of watching the football game, yesterday, or were you foregoing reading to watch the game?If you read a book (or books) what did you choose?

I'm not a fan of football so, no Super Bowl for me.  Yesterday I began reading Emerald City by Alicia K. Leppert.  I received this book via Net Galley and I decided to read a little yesterday.  Also, I used some of my time doing my review of Daughter of Smoke and Bone.

Last week I read and reviewed Daughter of Smoke and Bone.  Fantastic book!  Also, I made a review and posted it on my blog.  Go take a look so you can read about all the reasons why this is a well thought story with great characters.  Can't forget, I began to read Emerald City at the end of last week.

• Return to Book #4 of  Percy Jackson & The Olympians

For this week's cover crazy I selected the cover for Imaginary Girls by Nova Ren Suma.

My favorite thing about this cover is the ethereal quality of the girl.  The colors complement each other beautifully.

The girl looks enigmatic and as a reader makes you want to know more about her story.
