Cover Crazy: Wonder

Weekly meme at The  Bookworms


I found this cover during this week and  I find it amazing for its simplicity.  The colors are nice and the design transmits the idea the author states on his book.   The eye is the focal point of the image and the word wonder as a brow, is unusual and clever.

   Wonder by R.J. Palacio is the story of a kid who born with a  facial deformity and who will experience school for the first time.  The author explores the theme of appearances and image and the role they play in social interaction.
